Last night Paolo and I made Spaghetti Aglio Olio using this recipe. Surprisingly good even though we used Eden quick melt instead of Parmigiano Reggiano and basil instead of parsley (oops!). He also made chicken teriyaki with mango pizza tortilla. I’m getting hungry as we speak!!! Yum yum yum
